The web form may be used by artists wishing to submit their contact information, biography and photo to Dea's Design Gallery.com.

When completing the form:
 
  1. Please use your full name.

  2. Please include a professional digital color photo of yourself, of your group or of your work in one of these formats: jpg, gif, eps, tiff or psd. Photo should be no smaller than 3 inches and the resolution of 150 dpi or higher.

  3. Please include your full name in the photo's file name. If you don't have a digital photo, you can send a hard copy to our studio. If you do send your picture via the mail, there is a $25.00 scanning fee.
